Each decision and activity have an impact on the society and the environment. At Oncam, we have decided to act and make conscious decisions on how we behave as global citizens, through transparent and ethical behaviour. These are the principles that drive our behaviour, both throughout the organization and our partners:
– Contributing to sustainable development;
– Taking into account the expectations of stakeholders;
– Being in compliance with applicable law and consistent with international norms of behavior.
The Oncam team works on a daily basis to apply the ISO 26000 standard to integrate socially responsible behaviour into our organisation. We commit to operate in accordance to the seven standard principles:
- Ethical behaviour
- Respect for stakeholder interests
- Respect for the rule of law
- Respect for international norms of behaviour
- Respect for human rights
Over the past 3 years, Oncam has been a proud contributor of the Nordoff Robbins’ Legends of Football event. By celebrating the careers of some of the greatest footballers and managers, Nordoff Robbins is able to change the lives of vulnerable and isolated people with music therapy. In the hands of a trained practitioner, music therapy can be used to support people living with a wide range of needs. It can help a child with autism to communicate, unlock forgotten memories for those living with dementia or provide comfort for someone facing a terminal illness.
Supporting charities and taking part in fundraising activities is an important part of our life at Oncam. Here are just a few of the charities we have supported in the last couple of years:
