Arno Van Bodegom

Chief Financial Officer

Arno van Bodegom is Chief Financial Officer reporting to the Group CEO, Firas Bashee .
As CFO, he oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax functions for the Oncam Group of companies.

Arno is a qualified chartered management accountant and qualified project manager with over 20 years leadership experience. He has successfully developed and lead teams in a variety of financial, strategic, operational and commercial roles whilst growing businesses within in high-tech, electronics, engineering / manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Oncam, he was instrumental in both planning and delivering various right-sizing and cost-efficiency initiatives within companies like BT, Sony, Nokia and Microsoft

Arno is married with two children and lives in Kent, UK. He likes a good conversation around the “Braai” and whilst his playing days are over, he’s still a passionate rugby and cricket supporter. His hobbies include mountain biking, scuba diving and skiing, but most of all he enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his family.

Firas Bashee

Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Firas Bashee has executive accountability for leading the management and strategy of the global business at a time of rapid growth and interest in Oncam Technologies, and its subsidiary Oncam Grandeye with its market leading 360-degree video and technology solutions.

Firas is also active in the product development roadmap for Oncam Grandeye and is responsible for technology, research, and development. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ONVU Technologies.

Prior to founding Oncam, Firas spent 30 years in the investment industry and has managed a Private Equity Capital Trust across a diversified portfolio on a global basis. He has a proven investment track record and has built, managed, and sat on the board of successful private companies, ranging from property and IT to aviation.
Firas has a Computer Science degree from Indiana University, US, and has worked as an Engineer within the IT industry.

He has also been a qualified Commercial Pilot and Instructor for 27 years, of which 10 years were with a global airline flying the latest airliners. He is married with 3 children and enjoys all sports and travel.

Graham Wallis

Advisor to the Board

Graham Wallis is advisor to the board of Oncam with responsibility for working with the CEO on strategy. Graham has successfully managed semi conductor and security companies in Europe and US in addition to managing satellite operations and design centers in the Far East, Middle East and Australia. Graham has over 30 years experience in the global security industry including Chairman of CNL Software UK, the foremost supplier of PSIM software solutions.

In 2000 Graham formed Wallis Consultancy, a Management advisory company, specializing in strategic positioning of global security companies and startups.

Graham is married and resides Pismo Beach, California, USA. He has a great love of racing and restoring vintage cars, scuba diving, volunteering for US Disabled Veterans, gardening, travel and history.

Richard Morgans

Chief Marketing Officer

Richard Morgans is Chief Marketing Officer for Oncam and has over 25 year’s experience in the professional, financial, technology and support services sectors. Prior to working at Oncam, Richard held senior positions with G4S, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Marsh and Johnson & Higgins.

Richard has specialized in building international brands and managing their corporate reputations. He is responsible for all marketing and communications, and also sits on the Executive Committee for Oncam.

Richard is married with five children and lives in Cornwall. He enjoys time with the family, travel, music, rugby and watching Chelsea football club. He is also a Governor of Shipbourne School, a Marketing advisor for Leonard Cheshire Disability and Cambridge University, and a Board Director of the City of London Sinfonia and is Chair of the Development Committee.

Scott Brothers

Chief Operating Officer

Scott Brothers is COO at Oncam, with responsibility for operations in EMEA, US, APAC and India. Scott has a focused consultative approach to business development across vertical markets with a passion for leveraging video and data for wider business operations beyond security. His knowledge base has been built over a 20-year career spanning diverse roles including engineering, project management and service management at organisation including Sensormatic and Axis Communications. His reputation as an expert in the retail tech sector has been gained whilst consulting on global projects with video, analytics and business intelligence at the heart of them.

Scott lives in Nottingham, UK and is married with 2 children. He likes spending time with the family, cars and all sports, but his passion is for boxing and Manchester United.
