Here at Oncam we embrace having a diversified workforce – we believe this has led to our global success and competitiveness to date. With over fifteen different nationalities, over all continents we pride ourselves in being:
– Adaptable: through recognising individual talents and experiences in suggesting ideas that are flexible in adapting to fluctuating markets and customer demands;
– Able to provide better solutions to facilitate our global customers: through our collection of skills and experiences in languages and cultural understanding;
– Commercial through working collaboratively: communicate varying points of view through a larger pool of ideas and experiences. Company-wide strategies can then be executed; resulting in higher productivity, profit, and return on investment.

For some of us, working for Oncam doesn’t mean being based in London or Boston. It means working in one of our global hubs in Hong Kong, India, Poland, Swizterland or other cities in the US. Regardless of the location, we all share the same passion for Oncam, our values and the drive to make Oncam the experts in 360 and wide-angle video, on a daily basis.
