Regional Sales Manager, EMEA – UK

Home based, UK, with extensive travel to EMEA countries – Permanent – Competitive salary + benefits

The Regional Sales Manager, EMEA will be responsible for the day to day management of key end user and integrator accounts. In addition, they will prospect for new potential clients within a vertical or geographic region and turn this into increased business. The role will be assigned several existing strategic and national/international accounts where the aim will be to maximize their growth potential. They must keep a close focus on all projects on which Oncam are jointly engaged with technical partners and grow the pipeline of end-user opportunities with and through the Integrators, supporting them in the field as required. The Regional Sales Manager must be able to clearly articulate our Value Proposition to both business and technical users, be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, and work with our Partners to develop joint Business Plans to expand our mutual business.

Regional Sales Manager, Continental Europe

Home based with extensive travel to Continental Europe countries – Permanent – Competitive salary + benefits

As the Regional Sales Manager: Continental Europe you are responsible for the sales and business development in the Continental European region, with a focus on the markets in Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Benelux area, through Oncam’s 1-tier channel-driven go-to-market model.

The Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing ONVU Tech’s current and future product roadmap. The role will require understanding market dynamics, customer needs, competitive products and translating those into a Product roadmap, which maximizes the potential of the product range. The PM will work closely with the development team to ensure that products are delivered to spec in a timely manner.

Inside Sales Representative – Billerica, US

This role is responsible for actively developing new pipeline opportunities from generated leads, qualifying and conveying them to the Regional Sales Directors, and other such tasks as necessary and defined in collaboration with the Sales Team.  You will establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Paul Bristow

What is your background?

I’ve always had a natural instinct to want to know how things work. After completing my Bachelors Degree at The University of Huddersfield in Electrical & Electronics Engineering I was fortunate to be offered a post graduate position at Panasonic in their security division. During my 10 years with the company I had exposure to a wide variety of roles and technologies before moving to Axis Communications as one of their European Sales Engineers.

Why did you choose to work for Oncam?

After nearly 15 years working for 2 of the industry giants, focusing just on the security market, Oncam offered me an opportunity to widen my skills and knowledge and take their market-leading 360⁰ technology into applications and innovative solutions outside of the security industry.

What do you like about working for Oncam?

The technology and the future vision of the company are what drives me but the people are what really make it. Culture is very important in any organization and I feel at Oncam I’ve found a core team who share my passion for technology and inspire me every day to work better and smarter.


Therese Hume

Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager

What is your background?

Prior to joining Oncam, I worked in the hospitality industry where I held various managerial roles. I worked in this industry for 7 years before I decided to branch out into other verticals and Oncam happened to be looking for a Sales Operations Manager. I applied and haven’t looked back since – this was 9 years ago! I moved away from the Sales Department in 2014, when I started my current position in the marketing department. I completed a diploma in Digital Marketing from DMI during this period and I also hold a Business Economics degree from Säffle, Sweden.

Why did you choose to work for Oncam?

From the top down, you get swept up in the enthusiasm and passion, and the fact that we want to do things differently and go against the norm daily. We have so many talented and skilled people in the business, and learning from them was a big draw for me.

What do you like about working for Oncam?

Two things – the technology and the people! We have an amazing culture across the globe and, in my opinion, Oncam really is one of the best companies to work for. The drive, passion and team spirit is like nothing I have ever encountered before. We truly are ONE TEAM.


Daniel Elvin

Regional Director: Asia Pacific, Hong Kong

What is your background?

Prior to joining Oncam, I’ve worked for Axis Communications for 17 years where I held several positions in the global organization based out of the headquarter in Sweden before moving to Hong Kong in 2014, being responsible for Business Development in Axis’ North Asia region. Between 2008 and 2012 I was Axis’ representative and the Vice Chairman of the Technical Services Committee of the globally leading industry standard, ONVIF. I hold a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Lund University, Sweden.

Why did you choose to work for Oncam?

The opportunity to join this highly dynamic company and amazing team on the way to transform this whole industry was simply irresistible. And there is excitement in being a part of this every single day!

What do you like about working for Oncam?

Rajani Karnati

Junior SQA Engineer

What is your background?

I am an Industrial Psychologist with a master in industrial psychology. After finishing my post-graduation in Psychology, I started working as a Research Associate in one of India’s reputed educational Institution (IPE), which is also one of the top business schools in India, where I got chance to explore more about Human Resource Management. After getting married, I moved to London where I gained certifications in software testing. I am now continuing my career in testing.

Why did you choose to work for Oncam?

Oncam has given me the opportunity to explore more about backend testing and also given me a chance to learn more about networking. When I joined Oncam I started testing various Network Video Recorders, where I got the opportunity to do integration testing between various reputed NVR’s with our surveillance cameras.

What do you like about working for Oncam?

Oncam is establishing its unique identity in the market. We all work as a family and I feel happy and proud to be part of our company success. Shaleen Amin

What is your background?

After completing my degree in Business with Human Resource Management at the University of Greenwich, I’ve been in HR since 2014 and have worked as a HR Generalist for a global pharmaceutical company and a care home group. The more exposure I have had, the more I want to help people fulfil their potential. This is one of the reasons why I am now studying towards a professional HR qualification with a forward-thinking company.

Why did you choose to work for Oncam?

It’s amazing to be a part of a global technology company that is evolving and gives back to society in many ways. I’ve been given an opportunity to work with such a passionate and inspirational company that allows me to learn and grow, whilst also maintaining a work-life balance.

Jennifer Mottram

Software Engineer – Web Designer

What is your background?

I started out teaching computer classes then moved to full-time web development, working on a variety of transactional web apps in fields ranging from education to furniture sales, student loans to software security. Somewhere in there, I got my MBA to better understand the markets and customer needs for the products I was making. My focus has always been to make things intuitive and satisfying; the best compliment is “I never have to think about it. It just works.”

Why did you choose to work for Oncam?

I’d known about Oncam from friends who worked here. Oncam is an established company with a solid upward trajectory, but has kept the entrepreneurial spirit and energy that makes work exciting. Due to this insider knowledge, I was confident that it would be a good fit.

What do you like about working for Oncam?

A company’s culture is very important to me. I need a collaborative environment with smart people, where we challenge ourselves and others to do great work, without taking ourselves too seriously. Cem Yildizak

Country Manager – Turkey

What is your background?

I graduated as a Mechanical Engineer, and I was always interested in producing things and very curious how things worked. People around me know me as ‘MacGyver’ for finding quick solutions to problems. Before my Oncam journey began, I owned an IT business, focused on structural cabling. I have more than 20 years experience in IT.

Why did you choose to work for Oncam?

My journey at Oncam started by chance. I discovered the 360-degree camera product on the Turkish market and I was blown away by it. I definitely wanted to be part of the future of IP camera technology and for me this was Oncam.

What do you like about working for Oncam?

Working for Oncam is like riding a wave – the key is innovation and Oncam is always at the forefront of this. I love training new employees and to share the passion for the company and technology that I have with them too.

Pallavi Sonawane

SQA Engineer

What is your background?

I’m originally from Mumbai, India. I pursued my MBA from Leeds University and Bachelors in Computer Science from Mumbai. Before joining Oncam, I worked for TATA Indicom as a QA Analyst, as well as for Beamfeature and Cloudschema as a software tester.

Why did you choose to work for Oncam?

I love that my job can be so different from day to day – it keeps things interesting! Apart from that the Oncam culture is fantastic, the whole team is so active, cheerful and all are team workers. Testing  the integration between VMS’s/NVR’s and our own 360-degree cameras is very interesting and I’m glad that Oncam gave me this opportunity.
